Company Overview
FGV Johor Bulkers Group (“FJB Group”) comprises five companies with a network of seven vegetable oil terminals in Malaysia. FJB Group also operates two terminal facilities for palm kernel expeller and grains in Malaysia. The companies are FGV Johor Bulkers Sdn Bhd (FJB), its subsidiaries FGV Bulkers Sdn Bhd, FGV Grains Terminal Sdn Bhd, and Langsat Bulkers Sdn Bhd.
The Group has a combined total storage capacity of 1,053,990 tonnes in both Malaysia and Indonesia. The Group has 561 tanks located at major ports in Malaysia, primarily at Pasir Gudang, Port Klang, Kuantan, Sahabat, and Lahad Datu. The Group also owns four warehouses for palm kernel expeller, palm kernel pellets, and grains located in Pasir Gudang and Kuantan.
FJB Group is one of the largest and most modern vegetable oil bulk terminals globally. FJB Group handles approximately 25% to 50% of Malaysia’s total palm oil exports and provides ample tank space for international vegetable oil traders to conduct effective worldwide business. With fully computerized systems, stringent quantity and quality controls, strict security and safety measures, and comprehensive receipt-storage-despatch facilities, FJB is now one of the most qualified terminals to handle all types of storage and cargo movements.
